Environmental economics
The Environmental economics area of Ecovalores is dedicated to the research and publication of studies in the area of economic valuation, market failure and public policies of environment and natural resource use, impact and socially responsible investment investment. Ecovalores research is normally done in partnership with institutions of recognised experience on the subject among them: the Global Sustainability Institute (http://igs.org.mx/) of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, TEC, The Mexican Centre of Environmental Law, CEMDA, the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, ITAM (www.itam.mx), the LEAD Program (www.lead.org) at the Colegio de México, and abroad with the Sustainability UK (http://www.sustainability.com/) and London School of Economics and Political Sciences, LSE, among other institutions. We specialize in studies on the following topics:
Ecovalores can receive grants from foundations for the execution of studies and publications and provide receipts with deductibility of taxes in Mexico and abroad. Our goal is to contribute to the debate on the development and application of economic instruments and public policies that allow our wealth of natural resources sustainable use and local, national and international sustainable development.
